Pet Food Banks
Veterinary costs aside, pet owners face the additional costs of keeping their furry friends well-fed, healthy and happy.
During the worst of COVID, when other groups had to shut down, we opened a temporary pet food bank at the clinic. Everyone is now open again and we no longer need to help out, allowing us to concentrate on veterinary care.
If you are short of food and/or supplies, check out the following:
Boyle Street Community Services Pet Food Bank, 10116 – 105 Ave, Wednesdays 10 – 12:30.
Bethel Gospel Chapel, 11461 – 95 Street, Mondays 3 – 5.
AARCS North Haven, 8108 Coronet Road. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to book a time to pick up food.
Many groups on Facebook can help with food. Search for “pet food bank” for help.
